The 4th fastest man in the world at 100 metres hails from Antigua and Barbuda - Daniel Bailey, with his recently concluded finish at the IAAF World Championships held in Berlin. He placed 4th behind Usain Bolt of Jamaica, Tyson Gay of the USA and Asaf Powell of Jamaica.
